Tori Lubbers is a Registered Clinical Herbalist and runs Balsam Herbals – a clinic, apothecary, and community workshops in the south of Ottawa, Ontario. She is a mother, a creative, and lover of wild places, details, and people’s stories. She grows and wild-crafts herbs on her family’s farm, and creates a line of herbal skincare products. She received an Honours Bachelors of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa, then spent years working in the fast-paced non-profit sector of the healthcare industry. Balsam Herbals blossomed out of her studies in Traditional Western Herbalism, a three-year apprenticeship in Clinical Herbalism, and has its roots in her own healing journey with plant medicine. She is committed to offering her clients an unhurried, personalized, and collaborative approach to care.
