I was born in Tibet. At age 12, I fled to India and joined the Tibetan Homes Foundation in Mussoorie under the guidance of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. In 2006, I began my studies at the Central University of Tibetan Studies Varanasi, specializing in Tibetan medicine, language, philosophy, and astrology. I earned my degree (BSRMS Tibetan Medicine) in 2015, graduating with a Gold Medal.

I am registered with the Central Council of Tibetan Medicine (CCTM) and the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). Additionally, I received acupuncture training from Dr. Kay, a German acupuncturist. Over the 9 years, I have served as a lecturer, researcher, and consultant at institutions in India and Nepal, including the National Institute of Sowa Rigpa (Leh), Sowa Rigpa International College (Kathmandu), and the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies (Varanasi). I have presented papers internationally, including in the Czech Republic and USA.

I was invited to Mexico through Gaden Shartse Monastery and the Pneuma Institute to provide Tibetan herbal treatments, lifestyle advice, and mindfulness guidance. I had the honor of studying the complete Sowa Rigpa system under renowned Prof. Rakdo Lobsang Tenzin and Prof Dorjee Dramdul, and learned pulse diagnosis from the late Tibetan medicine expert Menrampa Padma Dorjee. As a result, I have been able to provide care to a large number of people, helping them improve their well-being and health through personalized dietary advice, lifestyle guidance, and Tibetan herbal treatments, using a holistic approach.

Now based in Ontario, Canada, I am a Tibetan medicine practitioner and registered herbalist dedicated to supporting well-being through natural healing and personalized lifestyle guidance. I am passionate about blending traditional and modern herbalism to offer more holistic care.
