Registered Herbalist Valerie Paquette will guide you through experiencing teas and tinctures in the body in meditation/journeys AND understanding the key actions and uses for each one. Practicing a deep connection with your intuition, and innate plant knowledge coupled with learning science based and folk medicine research creates a powerful education. This immersive program takes place primarily in the gardens and outdoor classroom in Poplar Hill, 15 minutes west of London, Ontario.
