As a Registered Nurse Christina has worked with individuals supporting Heath and wellness. While caring for others she witnessed the health challenges people continually face. Christina noticed significant gaps to health promotion, wholistic medicine, and feelings of wellness. She discovered plant medicine through a three year Apprenticeship with Abrah Arneson and embarked on the path of Clinical Herbal Medicine. She is passionate and fascinated how nature’s medicine supports and improves health. She is a Registered Herbalist with the Ontario Herbalist Association and takes pride and passion in offering health guidance using plant allies.
